Yoga
Laila’s yoga classes are integrated by weaving in yang and yin styles of yoga with mindfulness and inquiry.
One on one sessions are also available. This is a great way to start your yoga practice before taking group classes, becoming familiar with breath work and asanas (poses) and understanding the correct modifications for your body.

Meditation
Laila’s main practice is meditation, drawing from various Buddhist disciplines and principles.
Laila is also a certified mindfulness teacher, facilitating introductory mindfulness courses for anyone wanting to start a mindfulness meditation practice or those who wish to deepen their existing practice.
The introductory to mindfulness course is also a great Professional Development course for professionals. Laila has offered this course in various organisations as part of their wellbeing programs.
Laila offers individual or group sessions which can be in person or online.

IFS Therapy
Through IFS (Internal Family Systems Therapy), Laila has found a way of living that feels wholesome and compassionate both in relation to herself, in her relationships and the greater collective.
Laila is a trained IFS practitioner and offers one on one sessions with clients seeking to discover a way of living with more ease in the body, heart and mind. This approach to self investigation accesses one’s Self energy which helps people heal from wounds they have been carrying for the majority of their lives. Like a domino effect, this modality benefits the individual as well as the people they are surrounded by.
IFS sessions with Laila can be done online from the privacy and comfort of your own home.
