Yoga
Laila’s yoga classes are integrated by weaving in yang (active poses) and yin (passive poses) styles of yoga, breath work, mindfulness and inquiry. This is a wholesome practice that offers an experience of living in an embodied way.
Laila offers both group classes as well as one on one sessions.
Whether new to Yoga or looking for more support where classes are designed for your individual body, private sessions may be for you.

Meditation
Laila’s meditation practice draws from various Buddhist disciplines and principles.
Laila is a certified mindfulness teacher, facilitating an Introduction to Mindfulness Course for anyone wanting to start a meditation practice or those who wish to deepen their existing practice.
The Six Week Introduction to Mindfulness Course is also a great Professional Development course for professionals. Laila has offered this course in various corporate organisations as part of their wellbeing programs.
Laila offers individual or group sessions which can be in person or online.

Mentoring
When we do not feel in alignment with our values, our quality of life may seem disconnected from our core and we may get caught up in anxiety, worry or feeling stuck. Mentoring can offer a wonderful support mechanism to return to the essence of oneself rather than continuing to live on autopilot.
Through integrating methods of pyschological inquiry such as IFS (Internal Family Systems Therapy), and Mindfulness derived from ancient Eastern wisdom practices , Laila has found a way of living that feels wholesome and compassionate in relation to herself, her interpersonal relationships, within her community and the greater collective. By cultivating time for more contemplative practices one can access deeper dimensions of being.
Laila is a trained IFS practitioner as well as a mindfulness teacher and facilitator offering one on one sessions with clients seeking to discover a way of living with more ease in the body, heart and mind.
This approach to self investigation accesses one’s Self energy which helps people heal from wounds they have been carrying for the majority of their lives. Like a domino effect, these modalities benefit the individual as well as the people surrounding them.
Mentoring sessions with Laila can be done online from the privacy and comfort of your own home.
